How our Monthly Payment Plan works

In one month we will be back in contact via your DuoFertility software with details of our secure Payment Plan web site for you to log on to and pay your next instalment of £49. All you have to do is pay the next instalment on or before the due date each month - this may be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card. The really good news with our payment plan is that once you've told us you are pregnant you only have to pay 50% of any remaining instalments.

Terms and conditions for the Monthly Payment Plan

Summary Terms & Conditions

Under our Monthly Payment Plan, you can benefit from spreading the cost of the DuoFertility programme over 9 months of subscription. Please note that this payment plan contracts you to a nine month programme and does not include the money back guarantee as offered on our 12 month subscription. We aim to help you to get pregnant as soon as possible by using DuoFertility. However, we can only do so if you use DuoFertility as directed and provide us with all the information we need to help you. Below are the most important points to understand to make the most of the programme. Nevertheless, please read the full Terms and Conditions of Sales carefully, since they prevail over this summary.

Our commitment to you: DuoFertility will provide you with unlimited support during the nine months subscription from members of our team of customer support representatives and fertility experts during normal working hours in the UK (excluding public holidays) by email (to support.en@duofertility.com or telephone (on +44 (0) 1223 967703), as may be necessary to advise you on the correct use and operation of the product.

Your commitment to us:

  1. You will endeavour to use the device as recommended. The items listed below have been shown to increase pregnancy rate and are therefore recommended:
    1. Provide Fertility information to our Fertility expert team at the start of the programme.
    2. Start to use the DuoFertility product within 10 days of receiving it.
    3. Have intercourse on at least two of the fertile days indicated by DuoFertility each cycle.
    4. Connect the device to your computer and the internet, and load the software, at least weekly in order to upload your data and download any updates to the device.
    5. Wear the sensor every night and preferably during the day as well.
    6. Enter all of the required data into the DuoFertility reader, including menstruation? information and attempts to conceive.
    7. Enter menstruation data within two days of the first day of menstruation, in each cycle.
    8. You will take reasonable care of the device, and are responsible for all maintenance costs, such as any replacement of lost items.

    Payment: The DuoFertility Monthly Payment Plan represents a contract to purchase between you, the consumer, and Cambridge Temperature Concepts Ltd, the manufacturer of DuoFertility. In addition to our general Terms and Conditions of Sales, there are specific terms and conditions for this offer. If you do not make your regular payments, your DuoFertility Reader will cease to function until all outstanding payments have been made. Should you become pregnant all you have to do is make sure you inform us of your good news. From the moment you tell us you are pregnant - you only have to pay 50% of any remaining instalments.     International Availability

    DuoFertility is a regulated medical device, and may only be sold in countries for which regulatory approval has been obtained. This presently includes all of those countries covered by the European Medical Devices Directive and those countries that base their regulatory framework on this. DuoFertility is not presently approved for sale in the USA or countries requiring FDA approval, however regulatory approval is underway.
