Ordering A Replacement Reader

If you lose your reader, you will need to purchase a new one. You should contact our team and we will send you a replacement. We will also ensure that you will be able to read off the data from your existing sensor with your new reader. You should continue to wear your sensor and consistently record all your fertility clues while you are waiting for your replacement reader to arrive, as data will be accessible from your sensor. You will be able to enter all your fertility clues onto your PC as soon as you receive your new reader.
If you regularly upload your data to our servers your new DuoFertility reader will not need to learn about your cycle from scratch. It will be able to access all your previous data the first time that it is plugged into your PC.
