DuoFertility accessories
With DuoFertility - It's All Free!
When you sign up for DuoFertility, either on our 12-month "Pregnant or your money back" plan, or our "pay monthly" plan, all accessories are free of charge while you are on your contract. And because you can roll over from the money-back plan to the monthly plan after 12 months if you wish, you should never pay a penny for anything below. Simply email our support team with your requests, and the will be delighted to dispatch any of the below to you.
NOTE: The one exception here is if you lose or damage your sensor or reader, and a replacement is required. When your sensor runs low on battery, our monitoring service will automatically recognise this and ship you a new sensor - provided that you send back your old one in the post-paid envelope, it's free.
Adhesives
As all women are different, we have a wide range of adhesives available to ensure that we have a suitable option for everyone. Each adhesive packet is labelled to tell you which adhesives you are using.

*Adhesives are included with all DuoFertility subscriptions within reasonable use. 40 adhesives will typically last for 90 days. To request more, please contact customer support. Adhesives are also available to purchase directly from our website should you need more.
Armband
If you are not able to wear plasters or adhesives, we also have armbands available to use. Your initial armband will be available as part of your subscription. Please contact Customer Support to request yours. More armbands are available to purchase below.

The DuoFertility armband has been specially designed for women with very sensitive skin (who cannot use adhesives daily). It is made from an elasticated material to ensure comfort, and it allows the sensor to be held in place securely. Users can choose to either wear the armband day and night, or just at night time. |

Replacement Readers and Sensors
If you have lost your DuoFertility Reader or DuoFertility Sensor and would like a replacement, you can order them here.

If you lose your reader, you will be able to purchase a new one directly from DuoFertility. We will also upload your previous data onto your new reader, (this data is automatically sent to us each time you view your DuoFertility graph whilst connected to the internet.) This will ensure that you do not lose any valuable information about your cycle and that the algorithms used by DuoFertility are still attuned to your body. You can continue to wear the sensor while we ship you your new reader and you will be able to transfer your data to it as soon as it arrives. |

Replacement Sensor:
New sensor ready to use with your reader as soon as it arrives.

If you lose your sensor, you can purchase a new one directly from DuoFertility. We will ensure that it is locked to your reader and it is ready to activate as soon as it arrives. Please note that replacement sensors need only be purchased if you lose your sensor. The lifetime of the sensor varies from 3 to 9 months depending on how often you transfer data from the sensor. Within your subscription to DuoFertility, we will monitor your sensor's performance and send you a new one free of charge if necessary (see T&Cs).
